Role Play Information
- Seanchan Guild Staff
Training Staff and Leadership Staff
Players can become actively involved in the workings
of the Guild, both In and Out of Character. In most cases the two
will be linked.
There are quite a large number of training opportunities
in the Seanchan Guild, given the vast number of different paths
one can take.
Therefore we have incorporate the minimum
requirements In Character in the progression
system pages of the various roles that can be played in the
Guild.
The same is done for leadership positions, though they
are automatically linked to an In Character position, as both incentive
and condition. Because In Character leadership positions are limited,
we feel it is fair to allow these roles to be played by active,
contributing members of the Guild.
Below are the Out of Character requirements for the Guild Staff.
The FL Staff reserves the right to replace or demote
any staff member (IC and OOC) according to the needs of the Guild.
- be an active member of the Seanchan Guild for at least 3 months
- be able to RP at least once a week for the Seanchan
- be willing to update your Trainee's records on the Training Ground board
- be willing to be an active and contributing Training Staff member in the FL Group
- be an active member of the Seanchan Guild for at least 6 months
- be a positive and contributing member of the Freelanders Group
- be able to RP at least once a week for the Seanchan
- be willing to act as a Trainer when needed
- be actively involved in all IC and OOC matters of the Seanchan
- assist the FL Staff in OOC Seafolk administration where needed
