To report
your RP's in order to claim your progression points copy/paste the
format for each rank in to a post in your character's thread at
the Training Ground and update as you go. See 'how
to claim your progress' for an example
Leadership positions need to be approved by the FL Staff, even
if you have all the necessary RP's.
There
are only a limited number of positions for each rank available, so
the FL Staff will decide on a case-to-case basis.
Obtaining the position of Wavemistress (or a WM's Windfinder
or Swordmaster) will also make you a member of the Seafolk Staff
in the FL Group.
The FL Staff
reserves the right to demote/promote Staff members according
to need. If demoted, your character will revert back to the
highest available position of the lower
ranks IC.

RP's can be done as a solo RP only where it gives the option.
The others need to be done with an RP partner.
The
FL Staff can grant exceptions depending on the availability
of RP partners. If you have Staff approval to solo RP a
partner RP, this will be shown in your character's
personal progression thread at the Training Ground.
